Made right here in Vancouver, BC, our Phantom Spats will become your go-to gear for training. Featuring a seamless second layer of fabric in the thighs and butt so that they’re not see through, a structured, stay-put waistband, and a sweat-wicking, breathable compression fabric, these spats are unmatched. Express yourself through what you're wearing with vibrant tattoo-style artwork, without the long-term commitment.
This recycled spandex & polyester fabric is antimicrobial, boasts a UPF 50+ rating (it protects you from the sun!), and diverts 10-15 plastic bottles from the waste stream per garment. It contours to your body, making training easier & allowing you to focus without distractions.
Built for performance, these spats have a structured waistband with a built-in elastic. Pay close attention to the size chart, and order closest to your waist measurements. If you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up 🌹
Our model with braids and tattoos is wearing a size small, and our model with a ponytail is wearing a size 2XL. You can find size charts in both inches and cm in the final photos, as well as a graphic showing how to find your measurements.

Here are my thoughts after a few wears!
Pros:
- they are very high waisted, and lots of length in the legs. Perfect for jiu jitsu or anything where rolling down of the waist normally plagues you. Great for long legged girls as well.
- suuuuper stretchy material, but still quite smoothing! Fits easily and comfortably over my huge calves and thighs. They’re a very high quality material.
- Built in shorts/modesty panel. Great for squats or rolling or anything where sheer leggings would be a problem.
- Cool design :)
- Generous sizing in the sense that I think you could go up OR down a size if you’re in between and you’d still find they’ll fit well.
Cons:
- the elastic in the waistband is pretty tight. Good for keeping them up, but pretty uncomfortable while driving to and from the gym, or sitting down. Not as noticeable when working out, but definitely noticeable when your belly is relaxed. I feel like a wider elastic might help? Not sure, but it’s definitely the biggest/only con for me with these.
Overall, 4.5/5! These are excellent spats and I definitely recommend. Can’t wait to pick up another pair when they’re released, haha!

Thank you so much for such a detailed review! We're so happy to hear that you've been loving your spats, and we're already working behind the scenes to fix the cons you listed. We had a great meeting with our pattern maker yesterday to pull out the internal elastic in the waistband an inch in all sizes to give some extra breathing room. We'll be making this edit for future production runs, as well as lowering the waistband two inches, so that it still sits above your belly button, but isn't such a high rise. Thanks for helping us continue to iterate on the gear to better serve you! ❤️
The fit is perfect and the Cie is awesome! Christina was always answering my questions in a very fast delay and was always super nice! I don't train much lately (6 months pregnant) but, boy they are comfy even in everyday life at home! ;)
(And the long sleeve rash guard fit is perfect with the belly, long enouh and never go up!!) <3

These fit me like a dream, do not roll down and are just so cool. I would order another pair for sure! Pay attention to the size chart, I normally wear a large in stretchy active wear but based on the size chart I went XL just in case. They are good and seem like they will continue to fit no matter which way my weight fluctuates. Also I love the material they are made from.

These are absolutely THE BEST!!! You can tell immediately how well made these spats are from the second you touch them! The feel great on and look great on or off! Bright colored graphics catch everyone's eye! I love the thick waistband! Very refreshing to have a great pair that don't move, bunch, shift, or sag while moving and are not see through!!! A+++ Please make more!! You will NOT be sorry you grabbed these!!
